| 摘 要： | 创新是知识经济的灵魂，21世纪的高等教育必须把培养创新型人才作为人才培养目标，在分析创新型人才的基本素质的基础上，结合大学教学过程的规律与特点，阐明了大学生参与科学研究活动对于创新型人才培养的重要意义，提出了大学生参与科研活动的基本思路。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the soul of knowledge economy. Educating creative person has to be regarded as the goal of higher education in the 21st century. On the basis of analyzing the basic qualities of creative personnel, combining the characteristics and rules of the teaching procedure in college, the paper clarifies the importance of college students taking part in the scientific research for educating creative ones, then puts forward the basic thoughts of college students participating the scientific research. |
