| Abstract: | In order to memorize the 30 anniversary of reform and open,in November 2008 Henan Civilian-run Education Association convened "The Development Theory Discussion on Henan Civilian-run Education Development for 30 Years",where over 20 articles were received,the historic stages,feature and foundational experience of Henan civilian-run education were reviewed and summed up.This journal selects and uses some good ones of them for our readers. |
