| Abstract: | Today,under the circumstances of the rising keen pressure of obtaining employment,the guiding work of the university on obtaining employment to students is not short-term.The occupation planning of the university students should run through the whole guiding course of obtaining employment.The university should take it as an important means and a key content in the guiding work to increase scientific and effective ways of obtaining employment. |
