| 摘 要： | 围绕党的十八大报告指出的确保到2020年实现全面建成小康社会的宏伟目标,对全面建成小康社会的关键数据进行了解读。在此基础上指出,如期实现全面建成小康社会是巩固共产党执政地位的重要保障,是调动一切积极因素的主要途径,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键阶段。当前我国全面建成小康社会已经具备如下条件：中国共产党强有力的领导,实践发展的丰硕成果,坚实而充分的现实条件。为确保如期全面建成小康社会,需以科学发展观为指导,把握和利用好重要战略机遇期,加强＂五位一体＂建设。
