| Abstract: | As Chinese knowledge and market economy accelerates, the number of students is decreasing for adult higher education. To meet the need of social transformation, adult higher education must, in ac- cordance with its own characteristics, carry out a comprehensive reform from the educational conception, system, pattern, resource allocation and others. |
