旅游纠纷中消费者权益的法制保障研究

旅游业正日益成为我国经济新的增长点,成为第三产业的主要支柱之一,旅游纠纷也正随着旅游业的发展日益增多,如何切实保障旅游消费者的权利也成为当今需要研究和解决的问题。文章认为加强法制建设才是保护旅游消费者权益的最有效途径,并且借鉴我国台湾地区的经验,提出具体的改进措施。

Research on Legal Security of Consumer Rights in Travel Dispute

Tourism is increasingly becoming a new growth point of China's economy has become one of the main pillars of the tertiary industry,tourism and disputes is also increasing with the development of tourism,how to effectively protect the rights of consumers has become a tourist of today need to study And solve problems.This paper argues that strengthening the legal system is the protection of the interests of tourism consumers,the most effective way,and learn from the experience of Taiwan,China put forward specific measures for improvement.
