商业银行服务创新策略研究

摘    要:通过介绍服务创新的内涵,提出了服务创新的概念并分析了商业银行开展服务创新的现实意义。以服务创新的四维度模型为逻辑起点,结合商业银行的服务特点,构建了商业银行服务创新的阶段模型,把服务创新划分为价值确定、流程设计、价值推动和技术实现四个阶段,并探讨了创新的约束条件。最后,根据服务创新阶段模型给出了有利于商业银行服务创新的策略选择。

Abstract:By introducing the connotation of creative service,the article puts forward the concept of creative service and analyzes the practical significance of the development of creative services in commercial banks.Starting from the logical point of four-dimensional model of the creative services and combining with the service specialty of the commercial banking,the article constructs the phase-model of the creative services of the commercial banking and meanwhile divides them into four phases: value identification,process design,value drive and technology realization.Besides,it discusses the constraints of the creativities.Finally,the article comes up with the strategic options for the creative services of commercial banking based on the phase-model.
