师德师风是教师的职业道德修养及其表现出来的思想和工作作风，是学校办学实力和办学水平的重要标志，创建一流的学校需要有一流的教师队伍，而一流的教师队伍必须具有一流的师德师风。加强高校师德师风建设要紧紧围绕全面推进教育现代化，全面实施素质教育，全面加强学生思想道德建设和思想政治教育的目标要求，积极引导教师增强职业光荣感、历史使命感和社会责任感，志存高远，爱岗敬业，忠于职守，乐于奉献，自觉履行教书育人的神圣职责。
