| Abstract: | The thesis makes some reflection on some hot issues of college students' obstaining employment and starting an undertaking in the new period, including such aspects as the necessity, various key elements and practical tendency of building a space for college students to establish their cause. The thesis also points out that it is a systematic engineering that has an important bearing on the society, the government, schools and families should be practiced boldly by colleges and universities. |
