素质教育的理论性和实践性分析

摘    要:通过对素质教育理论的要素、结构、感性基础和理论水平 ,以及素质教育实践主体的实践意愿、能力和实践成效的分析表明 :素质教育总体上具备了较强的理论性和一定的实践性 ,但在理论的理性水平和实践主体的实践能力方面仍存在较大的缺陷 ,在提升理论性和实践性的过程中 ,要立足于现实、立足于稳健行动、立足于有效的多元化。

Abstract:By analysing the element, structure, perception and theoretical level of the theory, and the will, ability and practical effect of the practice in quality education, we can see that in general quality education is comparatively perfect theoretically and practically, but there still exist shortcomings in the rational level of theory and the practical ability of practice. Therefore, in the process of perfecting it theoretieally and practically, we must attach more importance to the reality, steady action and plurality.
