| Abstract: | as the scale of university is increasing enlarging running school in different branch zones has become the universal pattern of higher education in China. The management in university has confronted new chances and challenges because of the appearance of new branch zone in university. In that new situation, we should find out the suitable management pattern, in order to provide favorable factors for the development of university and students. |
