| 摘 要： | 高职教育必须与各类先进文化结合，以构建具有丰富文化内涵的高职教育体系。文章以浙江工贸职业技术学院为例，论述了体育精神可与高职教育的三个层面进行整合，并认为这种积极主动的动态整合可使体育文化与高职教育互相依存，相互促进，最终合力培养出“文化性、精神性”发展型的实用人才。
