摘    要:以丙酮浓度、料液比、提取时间和提取温度为考察因素,分别采用微波法和超声波法进行正交试验,探讨了茶叶废料中提取茶单宁的最佳工艺参数.结果表明,采用微波提取法效果较好,其最佳提取工艺为:料液比为1∶60(g/g),提取温度为40℃,提取时间为5 min,丙酮浓度为70%,茶单宁的提取量达215.04 mg/g.

Abstract:The orthogonal experiments were determined for preparation on tea tannin by two methods on microwave and ultrasonic, with the factors such as acetone concentration, temperature of extraction, ratio of material with solvent and extraction time. The results showed that the better method was microwave, and the best conditions of extraction were obtained as follows: acetone concentration 70%, temperature of extraction 40 qC, the ratio of material with solvent 1 : 60, and extracted time 5 minutes. The tea tannin ex- traction volume was 215.04 mg./g.
