| 摘 要： | 上海合作组织成立以来，中国与中亚各成员国家之间的交流不断扩大。体育作为一种重要的文化交流方式对于促进各国之间的交流有着重要的意义，新疆在这方面有着较优越的便利条件。本文从新疆的特殊地理位置和文化传统入手，在上海合作组织的大背景下，从国际体育文化交流的角度对我国新疆与上海合作组织成员国家的交流进行分析，提出要促进新疆与中亚国家在上海合作组织的框架下进行体育交流，促进新疆体育的发展，增进中国与上海合作组织成员国家的友谊，推进上海合作组织的发展，增强中国对该地区的影响力。

| Abstract: | Since the foundation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization（SCO） , exchanges among members of SCO has continued to expand. This year is the seventh anniversary of the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Sports as an important meathod of cultural exchange has signifeient meaning. XinJiang region has special geographical location and traditions cultural in intematioal sports exchange, with the point of international sports and cultural exchanges between XinJiang region and members of SCO, it will improve the sports development in XinJiang region, and enchance friendship between China and members of SCO , promote the development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. |
