| 摘 要： | 大学生就业问题是当今社会普遍关注的热点问题。随着招生分配制度改革的深入及高校的连年扩招，大学生的竞争压力越来越大，就业形势日趋严峻。互联网以其独特的优越性能便捷地为大学生提供就业信忠，其应用愈来愈广泛，建立和完善大学生的就业网络系统，及时而准确地提供就业信息，对提高毕业生的就业率有着十分重要的意义。

The situation of university student's employment is becoming pregnant day by day with the reform of enrolment-employment system and the expand-enrolment of university. Internet can provide the information of employment to student because its unique advantage. To construct and perfect the employment-network system of university student is important to increase the rate of employment. |
