| 摘 要： | 《领袖的诞生》一书从全新的视角为我们揭示了领袖的另一番形象，即领袖的构成应有三个方面：突破集体构成中情感联系的束缚，具备独立的人格和事业。三个方面是三位一体的，相互作用和相互促进，从而促成了领袖的诞生。
