| 摘 要： | 为适应高职教育的发展需要,高职院校辅导员应向研究型方向发展。高职院校研究型辅导员应秉承科学化、专业化观念,以高职学生为研究重点,从高职教育发展需要出发,探索高职学生工作规律,掌握相关学习资源与学习技能,培养问题意识,进行实践——反思研究,并将研究成果应用于工作。
