| 摘 要： | 为了主动适应工学结合教育环境,必须以学习型体育工作团队建设为抓手,提升体育教师教学力。建设学习型体育工作团队,应以促进师生共同发展为旨归,首先确立与学校总体目标一致的价值观和工作标准,其次是高度重视团队文化建设和团队成员的共同成长,还要抓住机遇,注重在"实战"中锻炼提升。

| Abstract: | The physical working teams of learning-oriented type is of necessity to adapt to the work-and-learn education.To construct such a team will improve the related faculty and performance.To construct a team,we should follow the principle of co-developmenty of teachers and students,highh light the aim and value,take great care of the teammembers' development.On the other hand,we also should take advantage of opportunity and practice as much as possible. |
