严复国民素质教育思想研究 --以批判和改造国民"劣根性"为例

严复是近代对国民素质及其教育始终予以最深切关注的启蒙思想家。严复首次提出了国民“劣根性”问题。文章从表现形式、改造方法等方面对严复关于国民“劣根性”的批判与改造思想进行了初步探讨。文章认为，严复站在中西对比的高度对国民“劣根性”表现进行分析。主张通过发展教育改造整个国民性．塑造优秀的种族来挽救中国，对今天仍具有现实意义。

The Study of Yan Fu Education Thought on the Preformance of the Citizen -- Taking Animadverting and Transforming the Citizen innate Padness for example

Yan FR is an emlightenment hinker in modem China who paid close attention to nationals performance and education. Yan Fu put forward the problam of the citizen innate badness for the very first time. This article tries to study the thought that Yah Fu aimadverted and transformed the citizen innate badness, and considers that Yan Fu analysised the performance of the citizen innate badness throngh betweem the contrast of china and the West. He advocated transforming the whole nationality by education and saving the country by creating a superior race. It implied a lot of valuable revelation, which is still of immediate significance today.
