| 摘 要： | 信息素质是构成大学生学习的基础,是各门学科、所有学习环境和所有不同层次教育的基本因素之一。由美国大学和研究图书馆协会(ACRL)制定的“高等教育信息素质能力标准”,强调了大学生在信息素质方面应该具备的五项能力,表明信息素质教育是一个完整的教育体系,其核心则是信息能力的教育。

| Abstract: | Informaiton Literacy is the foundation of the learning of college students. It is regarede as the base of every subject, all learning enviroments and all education at different levels. Constituted by ACRL,the Information Literacy emphasize the five capabilities required by college students which shows information literacy education is an integrative education system with the information capacity as its core. |
