| Abstract: | A few further teaching experiences and comprehension as tutor of graduate students were instructed.It concerned with the process of enrolling new graduate students,the guiding for their selection of research subjects,the writing academic dissertation and the cultivation of innovation spirit in their research work.In addition,it has discussed how to deal with the relationship between personal tutor and graduate students. |
