武术散打力量新探

摘    要:武术散打力量有不同的分类.在散打的对抗中,力量的变化有三种形式,一是自身力量的变化,二是对手力量的变化,三是力量在时空中的变化.据此可以产生三种不同的训练方法.这种对散打力量的重新认识,对武术散打的力量训练具有重要的作用.

Abstract:There are different sorts of strength of Sanda .The strength of Sanda has three forms. one is variety of oneself's strength, the second is variety of opponent's strength, the third is variety of strength in time and space. According to these, there are three methods of training. It is important of Sanda training to newly explore the strength of Sanda Martial Arts.
