| Abstract: | The promotion of students development by means of assessment is the major purpose of assessment reform. Describing and diagnosing, guiding and advising, supporting and inspiriting are the three key factors to promote students development by means of assessment which should be understood deeply and correctly grasped by teachers, and only by doing so, can the assessment be effectively passed and can the students`development be promoted. |
