从世纪之初的中美关系看中国的"和平崛起"

从世纪之初美国的对华政策可以看出,受各种复杂因素的影响,中美关系一直处于波动之中,但总的趋势是向前发展的。中国在和平崛起的过程中,一方面要认真处理好中美关系,趋利避害,充分利用值得利用的方面;另一方面要坚定地走自己的路,以和平的希望和决心赢得世人的理解和尊重。因此,我们在考察中美关系时,既需要考量战略意图、人权、贸易和反核扩散等问题的影响,也需要认识到中美关系是个相互促进的关系。美国及其他国家终究也会认识到:中国是一个和平与负责的大国、务实与合作的大国和民主、进步的大国。

On the Peaceful Arising of China from the Relationship of China and America at the Beginning of the Century

merican policy toward China at the beginning of the century, we may find that the relationship is being in an unstable condition influenced by different ccomplexed factors.In the process of Chinese peaceful arising,we should take efforts t expoit the advantages I the relationship of the two countries and firmly take our own way to gain the understanding and respect of the world with our hope and determination of peace.Hence,in dealing with the relationship of the two countries,we should consider the influence of the tactic intentions,human rights,business and anti-atomic expansion,and realize that it is a two-sided improving relationship.The Unitesd States and the other countries sooner or later will realize that China is a big country favoring peace,responsible,practical,coperative,democratic and progressive.
