谈我校当前应着力处理好的若干关系

今年是我校发展的“关键年”，学校面临五大挑战：一是学校发展速度的“两难”考验，二是开放教育和高职教育两架马车亟待二轮驱动，三是学校发展的老问题与新挑战并存，四是保障和改善民生任务繁重，五是推进改革与努力攻坚克难并存。因此，只有把校内外一切积极因素调动起来，为学校事业服务，才能应对上述挑战。而要把校内外一切积极因素调动起来，就必须处理好开放教育和高职教育，学校和各部门之间的关系，处理好改革、发展和稳定，管理和服务，规划和落实，重点和一般，考核和评估，文化和精神等诸关系。

On the Relationship of Current Focal Management of Yunnan RTV University

There are five major challenges facing us in the development of our university this year. The first is the ＂dilemma＂ test of the development speed of our university. The second is that open education and higher vocational education urgently need a two - wheeled driven force. The third is the co - existence of old problems and new challenges in the development of our university. The fourth is to protect and improve the arduous task of people~ hve- hhood. The fifth is to promote the reform and make efforts to tackle tough problems. Only when all internal and external positive factors are mobilized to serve the university, can we cope with the challenges mentioned above, ff we want to mobilize all these positive factors, we must deal with the relation between the open education and the higher voca- tional education, the relationship between the university and all departments, focusing on reform, development and stability, management and services, planning and implementation, key and general issues, examination and assess- ment, culture and spirit.
