| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于HSV颜色空间的淋巴瘤病理图像自动分割方法.依据各种淋巴瘤病理组织在HSV颜色空间的分布规律,结合最大类别方差阈值分割算法,建立淋巴瘤病理图像分割模型.实现了淋巴瘤病理图像中实心细胞、空泡细胞、基质、空隙等各种组织的自动分离.实验结果表明该方法实现简单、有效、快速,具有较好的分割效果.

| Abstract: | An automatic segmentation method of lymphoma pathologic image based on HSV color dimension is put forward.According to distributing rule of lymphoma pathologic tissues in HSV color dimension and maximal cluster square-difference thresholding segmentation arithmetic,a segmentation model of the lymphoma pathologic image is set up.Automatic segmentation of tissues in lymphoma pathologic image is achieved.The experiment results indicate that the segmentation method is a simple,effective method of better segmentation. |
