工科院校法学专业推行模拟法庭教学模式的实践与思考

模拟法庭教学模式以课堂基本理论及原理的讲授为基础,以真实案件的审判与旁听为体验,以模拟法庭教学活动为突破,以教师评析总结为升华,打破了被动式教学模式的弊端,提高了教学的实效性,是法学专业教学活动中理论联系实际的具体途径之一,值得深入推广。针对法学专业学生推行该教学模式,无论从形式、内容或方式而言,均能体现出创新性。

On the Practice and Thinking of Law Profession in Engineering College Introducing Moot Court Teaching Model

To break passive learning mode and improve the effectiveness of teaching,moot court teaching model which is based on classroom teaching basic theory and principle through experiencing real case trial and sit-in,taking the teaching activities of moot court as breakthrough,and taking the teachers＇comments and analyses on the cases as distillation,has already been one of the specific ways on law teaching which integrate theory with practice.It is worth promoting the teaching method in depth.For law students to implement the model,moot court teaching model reflects the innovative in terms of form,content or manner.
