开放教育工商管理专业教学设计原则思考

本文采用系统研究的方法,从教育理论与社会实践两个方面较为全面地对开放教育工商管理专业学生的知识、能力、素质结构与内容进行了分析,论文研究基本结论是应从社会对开放教育学生的期望要求、社会未来发展以及开放教育的对象自身需求这三个方面来确定开放教育工商管理专业学生的知识、能力、素质结构的培养内容,并根据上述内容指出:在进行教学设计时应遵循适应性原则、系统性原则、现实性与前瞻性兼顾的原则、社会发展与个体全面发展有机统一原则、科学性开放性和实践性相统一原则、应用性为主的原则、专科本科不同学历层次纵向贯通以及不同专业横向衔接等七个原则.

Reflection on the principle of the teaching design for the management of industry and commerce of open education

Through applying the method of systematic research,this Thesis makes a quite comprehensive analysis of the knowledge,ability,quality structure and content of students majoring in the management of industry and commerce in open education from educational theories and social practice.The basic conclusion of the thesis research is that the training content of the knowledge, ability and quality structure of students majoring in the management of industry and commerce in open education should be determined by social expectation of students in open education,future social development and self-demands of students in open education.Based on the content mentioned above,the thesis points out, in the course of designing teaching,seven principles should be followed,i.e. adaptability,systemization,realism in combination with foresightedness, social development in organic combination with comprehensive individual development, scientificalness in combination with openness and practicality and emphasis on practicability,vertical connection between junior college education and college education as well as horizontal connection among different specialties.
