高校学生管理工作面临的障碍及引导策略

高校学生管理工作的进行面临着不少障碍,引导和加强高校学生管理已是一项紧迫的任务。本文从高校学生管理工作面临的障碍入手,指出了高校学生管理工作落后的方面,认为其需要主动改革,去适应新形势的变化,需要改变传统的学生管理工作体制、方法和手段,同时,也提出了相应的引导策略。

The Management and Guide Strategy of of College Students Facing Obstacles

The conduct of the management of college students face many obstacles, and to guide and strengthen the management of university students is an urgent task. From the perspective of barriers of college students management, this thesis points out the Setbacks of college students management and believes the system and method of student management should be reformed. In the end, this thesis puts forward some relevant guide strategy.
