因逻辑求义论

训诂学中所运用的逻辑方法,可以从两个方面来观照：一是思维形式方面,主要是运用归纳推理、演绎推理、类比推理来考证词义。二是思维形式的规律方面,主要是遵循逻辑思维的基本规律来考证词义,以保证词义训释能够沿着正确的思维轨道进行。这两者往往交互为用,浑然一体而不可分割。

Searching Meaning by Logic

The logical methods applied in critical interpretation of ancient texts can be investigated in the following two aspects. One is about thinking form, researching into the meaning of word mainly by the applications of inductive inference, deductive inference and analogism. The other is about thinking discipline, researching into the meaning of word mainly by adapting to the fundamental disciplines of logical thinking for ensuring the critical interpretation of word meaning following a correct line of thinking. These two sides help each other, are integrated and cannot be divided.
