Heseri Hala at Duyingge was an influential clan in Manzhou,and Bakeshi Family played an important role in contributing to the cultural and political construction in the early Qing dynasty thorough pacificating Mongolia and created the Man writing as well as the compilation of classical works.The powerful Heseri Hala revealed the emphasis on the construction of political culture by the early Qing rulers and the features and compatibility of Manzhou culture while the weakening Heseri Hala revealed the conflicts between the monarchy and the noble families.
