| 摘 要： | 高校思想教育工作中班导师与班级团队“双主体”下建设班级文化活动是实现先进教育理念的有效途径。本文通过对双主体下班级文化活动建设的多层面构建的讨论，提出“双主体”下班级文化活动建设的若干实施策略，以期在实践操作中为高校思想政治教育提供切实可行的工作思路。
