教学测评数据的双因素方差分析与教学团队评价

摘    要:根据教学测评数据,运用以系别和职称为双因素的方差分析,检验其对教学团队测评得分的影响。通过统计的多重比较和双因素的交互作用分析,对系别和职称群体进行评价和分类,找出测评得分异常的系别和职称群体,为评价和管理教学团队提供一种思路。

Abstract:Apply two factor variance analysis on teaching team management based on teaching evaluation. By analyzing the department and the title of a technical post, test the markedness and the interaction. And classify the departments by muhiple comparisons. Then find out the exceptional team by interaction analysis. By this method, a more effective evaluation and management can be carried out on teaching.
