| Abstract: | There are some problems eager to be solved in the administrating system in higher schools. Therefore the administrating idea of humanism must be set up, the old-fashioned thinking must be innovated. In addition, to reform the administrating system and fulfill the shift of undertaking centers are really in want to improve the managing qualities and effects of educational undertaking. |
