| 摘 要： | 教育政策调整是教育政策过程中一个关乎教育政策质量和效益提高的重要环节。理论上分析其在政策过程中的不可或缺性,从实践角度透视其在现实政策过程中的缺位现象,可以看出教育政策调整十分必要,论证实施教育政策调整的现实途径有很强的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The modification or revision of the educational policies is a significant part to ensure the quality and efficiency of the policy.The deficiency of the policies yielded by the theoretical analysis and practical implementation may readily reveal the need for the modification of the educational policies.Hence it is meaningful to find out the significance of the modification of the educational policies. |
