| 摘 要： | 以现代信息技术为基础的现代远程教育，具有分离性，交互性、自主性、媒体性等特点，它给人类教育带来了革命性的变革，使传统教育不仅在教育价值观，教育要求，教育中心，师生关系，学习方式等方面产生根本性的转变，也实现了教育从封闭到开放的转变。

It brings revolutionary reform for human beings. It transforms the traditional education fundamentally in value, requirement, center, teacher- student relationship, learning mode, thus education changes from closeness to openess. |
