| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了企业信息能力的概念及其评价原则，并利用层次分析法（AHP）和模糊数学构建了企业信息能力评价指标体系。要准确评价企业信息能力，必须结合定性和定量的方法，重点考虑定性指标的量化和指标的一致性检验。
