| Abstract: | University＇s public book bidding improves the use efficiency of funds, the procurement transparency, and also the work efficiency on one hand. On the other hand, it＇s easy to have these problems like the focus on discounts while neglecting book quality, the low arrival rate of books, unguaranteed arrival time, and book suppliers＇ unfulfillment of the provisions of contracts. |
