| 摘 要： | 信息时代地球村的形成和中国成功地加入WTO,使中国传媒业竞争加剧;西部大开发为湖南西部落后地区的新闻传媒业提供了新的发展机遇;处于弱势的湖南西部落后地区传媒业发展的出路在于开发核心竞争力,利用新科技和西部大开发的新政策,紧抓本质,打好地域特色战。

| Abstract: | In pace with the coming of the information era,the forming of the Earth village,and China joining WTO,the competitiveness of the news media in China is increasing.But the new policy of developing western areas development brings many opportunities to the development of Hunan.The way out for vulnerable backward mid-western regions is to make use of new technology and the new policy of developing western areas,to pay attention to regional characteristics,and to develop key competitiveness. |
