| 摘 要： | 哲学社会科学是人类认识世界、改造世界和完善自身的强大思想武器，是一切成功的革命和建设事业的先导，在促进物质文明、政治文明、精神文明“三个文明”整体发展中具有十分重要意义。哲学社会科学肩负着学科建设、理论创新以及对全局性、前瞻性、战略性重大理论和现实问题研究的崇高使命和神圣职责。我国高校哲学社会科学事业有了长足发展，但也存在不少问题。必须找准对策，采取有力措施，大力促进高校发展繁荣哲学社会科学。
