| 摘 要： | 以咖啡因提取为例,探索和实践了培养大学生科研思维和实验技能的一些措施和方法.同时从提取溶剂、分离方法、升华条件的选择等方面研究了咖啡因提取的实验条件,确定了适合教学的最佳条件.
