基于超效率DEA模型的江西省农业龙头企业经营效率比较分析

农业龙头企业是农业产业化过程中重要的组织形式,它在吸引外资、提高农产品附加值、增加农村就业、增加农民收入方面起了重要的引领作用。江西作为农业大省,其龙头企业在企业规模、经营效率方面与其他省份的农业龙头企业还存在一定差距。本文基于超效率DEA模型,选取2010年江西省11个地市的大中型农业龙头企业为样本,采用超效率DEA方法分析了农业龙头企业的经营效率状况。分析结果显示:东部南部地区企业经营效率整体水平不如其他地区。各地区经营效率靠前的1~2个企业与跟随者差距均较大,DEA无效企业产出不足较为严重,存在很大的提升空间。

Evaluation of the efficiency of leading agriculture enterprise in Jiangxi based on Super-Efficiency-DEA

Leading agricultural enterprise is an important type of organization in agriculture industrialization,and it also helps for increasing foreign investment,agricultural added value,rural employment and famers’ income.However,as a big agricultural province,there is a certain gap in enterprise size and efficienty between Jiangxi and other province.This paper evaluates the business efficiency of agriculture enterprise of 11 regions in Jiangxi based on super-efficienty-DEA model.The research shows that the integral level of efficiency in Southeast reagions is lower than other reagions.Efficiency of the first one or two company is quite higer than other company which in the same region.There is a serious problem of lower output in some company which has a great space for improement.
