The Group Complement In Circulation Work at University Libraries |

| Abstract: | Based on the personnel organization, information attainment and psychological construction, this paper discusses how to make the librarians work together in three aspects： service contents, the abilities of information processing, and professional character. In this way, it can make the circulation work of university libraries more stable. |
