摘    要:文章通过剖析南京理工大学泰州科技学院模拟公司实训项目,从关键能力的内涵与外延,模拟公司实训项目的发展与教育理念、模拟公司"8+X实训"设计思路与环境构建、模拟公司实训项目对大学生关键能力培养的作用等方面着手,积极探索高校基于模拟公司实训的大学生关键能力培养模式,在践行行动导向教育理念的基础上,创新了大学生关键能力的培养思路,实现应用型复合型人才培养目标。

Abstract:By analyzing training practicing project of simulation companies of College of Taizhou Sci. Tech.,NJUST,and to proceed with connotation and extension of key competencies,development and education concept of training practicing projects of simulation companies,"8+X" training practicing of simulation companies,designing scheme and environment construction,influence of training practicing projects of simulation companies on cultivation of key competencies of college students,this article actively explores cultivating model of college students' key competencies based on simulation companies.On the basis of practicing action-oriental education concept,cultivating scheme of key competencies of college students will be innovated and application-oriented and compounding talent cultivation objectives accomplished.
