摘    要:根据应用型技术人才培养现状与社会未来需要,南华大学船山学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业找准办学特色的突破口,提出并有效实施了贯穿于机械工程教育全程的学、练、用合一的虚实协同教学方法,有机地协调和处理办学定位、人才培养目标与课程体系、教学内容、教学条件等方面的问题,培养出专业对口、技术过硬、出口通畅的特色应用型人才。

Abstract:Based on the current situation and future needs of the applied technical personnel, machine design and manufacture and automation of university of south China chuanshan college, the specialty selected the right breakthrough of school-running features, proposed and effectively implemented the virtual-reality collaborative teaching methods for the teaching, practicing and applying by integration throughout the mechanical engineering education, organically coordinated and processed the relationship between schnol-ranning orientation, personnel training objectives on curriculum system, teaching content, teaching conditions, cultivated professional counterparts, skillful applied technical personnel which meet the demand of the society and are welcomed by the society.
