高职文秘专业校外实习教学的改革与探索

高职文秘校外实习是高职文秘专业实践教学体系中极其重要和不可替代的环节。在校外实习课程建设中,目前各院校普遍都遇到实习指导难、实习基地建设难、实习成绩评定主观性强等方面的困惑。高职文秘专业要想走出校外实习课程建设的困境,应当重视审视实习课程设置的基本目标,在校企师生对实习目标达成共识的基础上,通过建立合作性校企双赢关系及良好的实习指导队伍,以及建立科学的实习测评体系,确保充足的教学时间,科学安排课程计划,加强教学管理。

Reform and explorations of Chinese secretary specialty's practice teaching

Practice teaching outside campus of vocational college is a very important and irreplaceable link of practice teaching system for the students of Chinese secretary specialty.In the course of practice teaching outside campus,many colleges meet with such problems as being difficult to supervise the students,to set up practice base,highly subjective point of practice scoring.In order to extricate ourselves from the difficult position,we should attach importance to examining the basic objectives of practice to ensure sufficient time of practice teaching and make a scientific curriculum arrangement on the basis of common understanding between companies and colleges,by establishing double-profit relationship between enterprise and college and a good contingent of practice instruction.
