| Abstract: | Although there are conflicts between independence of judicature and supervision of pubic opinion in practical life they are not contradictions, not even the problems of acceptance or rejection. The only thing we can do is to make balance between two parties: necessarily restrict and regulate the supervision of public opinion when safeguarding the independence of the judicature. |
