| 摘 要： | 普京加强国家权威是俄罗斯历史文化传统和政治现实的必然选择。他通过理顺与国家杜马的关系，整合各派政治力量，削弱地方势力，打击寡头干政等，确立了一种权威主义的治国模式，这种模式促进了经济的发展，保持了政治的稳定，维护了国家的统一。但把国家命运系于某个权威人物和少数精英身上，也会对国家的发展带来负面影响。
