| 摘 要： | 职业教育不是单纯培养生存技巧的教育,而是培养个性健全的教育.黄炎培先生主张用教育的方法,使人人依其个性,获得生活的供给,发展其能力,同时尽到对群体的义务.他高瞻远瞩的将个性发展和职业教育联系起来,意义非常巨大,对今后的教育发展、特别是职业教育的改革都有启示作用.我们要秉承黄先生的"谋个性之发展"的教育思想,注重人个性的发挥和发展,培养出德才兼备,对他人、社会、国家有用的人才.
