| 摘 要： | 人是生产力中最活跃的因素,人力资本的水平与运营问题是我国大多数民营企业所面临的至关重要的问题。文章运用实证的分析方法,通过对M公司这一民营企业人力资本运营中存在的问题及原因进行剖析,提出运用产权制度改革、企业组织再造、现代人力资源管理等对策和措施,优化民营企业人力资本运营。

| Abstract: | The human being is the most enlivened factor of the productivity.The human capital level and operation are all-important problems confronted with by great majority of our country private enterprises.This article applies the empirical analysis method,through analyzing the problems and causes of the human capital operation,putting forward the measurements of the property right reforms,enterprise re-engineering,modern human resource management to improve the human capital operation. |
